Air-Dryable DNA qPCR Stool is a 4x qPCR master mix for the development of DNA stool tests, enabling highly sensitive detection of target DNA from crudely processed stool samples. Lyo-Ready DNA qPCR Urine is a glycerol-free, high-concentration, ready-to-use qPCR formulation engineered with a proprietary buffer system designed for overcoming inhibitors found in urine. It allows accurate target amplification direct from urine or pooled urine samples. It can be used in multiplex assays that require minimal sample processing and fast turn-around times without compromising sensitivity, for low copy number samples. It also increase reproducibility in extracted samples, as extraction methods are not always 100% efficient, often resulting in loss of target nucleic acid and potential co-purification of urine PCR inhibitors that can interfere with amplification, leading to false-negative results. It is ideal for room temperature, lyophilized, singleplex and multiplex qPCR assays and is suited for high-throughput, automated platforms.
